Welcome to Fairway Falls
Established in 1978 and located in Pike Creek, Delaware, Fairway Falls is a deed restricted community. The original builder incorporated these deed restrictions into County Code. Because of this, and the efforts of our neighbors, Fairway Falls has maintained a distinguished and visually appealing community atmosphere that over 300 families call home.
We would like to extend a warm welcome to all of our new residents…
