NOTICE:  This approval, when signed by the applicable parties, indicates that the upgrades and improvements submitted have been reviewed and approved by the Fairway Falls Architectural Committee.  The property owner(s) agree to adhere to the specifications designated as “Approved Exterior Finishes, Siding and Roofing” applicable to the section of Fairway Falls that the property is located in.  The required contractor’s signature indicates that the contractor is cognizant of the Approved Exterior Finishes, Siding and Roofing and shall comply to all applicable requirements.  When signed by the appropriate parties, this form also approves any special requests not listed on the “Approved Exterior Finishes” form.
