Fairway Falls

Dues for the fiscal year 2011-2012 are $50.00 per household. This year’s budget includes funds for the following:

• $5300.00     – Lawn maintenance and landscaping
• $8335.00    - Snow plowing and salting
• $1000.00    – Legal fees
• $2000.00    – Utilities, website fees, and administrative costs

Payments are due on or before November 15, 2011.

HOW CAN I HELP WITH MY COMMUNITY??
The Board is always looking for residents to assist with keeping our neighborhood looking good.  An excellent way to help is by participating in Civic Association Meetings.  You can also help out by volunteering to help pick up trash around the neighborhood.

But the VERY BEST WAY to help our community is to ensure that your property is in compliance with our Deed Restrictions and County Codes.
